POLLENSA HALF MARATHON 2012

Sunday, 1 April:
10:00: Start of the half marathon from the sports centre in Pollensa.

The route is:
Towards Puerto Pollensa along the main road from the Can Berenguer roundabout. In Puerto Pollensa, the route takes the bypass as far as the football field and then back into the port along the Calle Formentor, past Singala and then onto the front as far as Llenaire. Returning to Pollensa is along the Avenida Llenaire, and back in Pollensa the route goes through the town itself before turning back along the Calle Cecilio Metelo and to the finishing line at the sports centre.

Wednesday, 13 August: Concert for marimba and flute. Place: Biblioteca de Can Torro, C. Serra, old town. Time: 22:00.

Thursday, 14 August: Ball de Bot (traditional folk-dancing). Performance by Sarau Alcudienc. Place: Paseo Marítimo, Puerto Alcúdia. Time: 22:00.

Wednesday, 20 August: String trio concert. Place: Biblioteca de Can Torro, C. Serra, old town. Time: 22:00.

Monday, 25 August and Tuesday, 26 August: Beach volleyball tournament. Place: sports beach by the Hotel Ciudad Blanca, Puerto Alcúdia. Times: from 10:00-19:00.
