SEPIA AND NAUTICAL FAIR - Puerto Alcúdia

Apologies for the hiatus with an entry onto this blog. But here we go again. This coming weekend is the second Sepia and Nautical Fairs in Puerto Alcúdia. Last years’ were crackers. But there again the weather was cracking, too. This year isn’t looking that great but let’s hope. (The photo comes from last year.)

Anyway.

24 and 25 March: SEPIA FAIR AND BOAT FAIR. Puerto Alcúdia, mainly on and around the Paseo Marítimo.

Sepia by the way means CUTTLEFISH.

Nautical fair exhibitors include Nautica Mahon and Wind & Friends (surfing). The sepia exhibitors ... many a restaurant, e.g. Bodega des Port, Nova Marina and Varadero. Basically, these places will be offering sepia-based dishes. If you’ve not tried sepia, you should; it’s very good indeed. The terraces will be packed if it’s like last year, but that weather. Hmm, it could be a problem.
