DIJOUS BO - INCA 2010

This is the schedule for Dijous Bo itself, i.e. Thursday, 18 November:

09:00: Exhibition of local birds at the old police parking area on the C. Artà.

09:30: Exhibition and competition of Mallorcan black pig and indigenous species. Plaça El Bestiar.

10:00: Commercial fair opens. As does the farm market.

11:30-13:30: Show cooking demos. The covered market.

12:15: Try a sample of giant "quarto" (coca). Plaça Mallorca.

And in the afternoon, the fair continues.

On the Wednesday, 17 November, the fair is much as above, but the big event is:

23:00-04:00: Concert with the groups The Fast, Estación de Sonido, Manifest V, Hyde XXI and Bleed The Man.
