Thursday 16, 30 July; Thursday 13, 27 August
The Via Fora is a series of dramatised "guides" of the history of Alcúdia. They take place within and by the walls of the old town. The itinerary of these events cover the 20th century and the inauguration of the town hall, the 14th century and the war between Aragon and Castile, the 16th century and the rebellion of the Germanies, the eighteenth century and the "Nueva Planta" and the prohibition of the use of Catalan, and then finally back to the twentieth century and the aftermath of the Civil War.
