SANT PERE (SAN PEDRO) 2009 PUERTO POLLENSA

This is nothing like the Puerto Alcúdia fiesta. A minor event by comparison.

Sunday 28 June

19:00. Procession with giants and the "caparrots" (head masks), accompanied by the pipers, Xeremiers Orats.

20:00. Sardine evening. Accompaniment by group Mare Nostrum.

Monday, 29 June
11:00. Solemn mass. The church of Mare de Déu del Carme.

20:00. Children's party and then night spectacular - dance and humour.
