17:30: Opening of the fair with the pipers Xeremiers Orats.

18:00: Children's workshop.

19:30: Show cooking.

22:00: Performance by the group Mare Nostrum; and burnt rum.


Sunday, 13 September
11:00: Demonstration of oriental dance.

12:00: Wine tasting.

17:30: Puppets.

18:30: Show cooking.

20:30: Ball de Bot (Mallorcan folk dance) with the group Revetla d'Algebellí.

22:00: Cloenda. (Not wholly sure what this is. It means "closure", but there may be fireworks as well. Unclear.)


There will be tents for different governmental departments and also a canteen with sardines and pa amb oli as well as products related to the sea.
